Booking cancellation |
We understand that plans can change, and sometimes it's necessary to cancel or modify a reservation. Our hotel offers a flexible booking cancellation policy to accommodate your needs. If you wish to cancel your reservation, please do so at least 7 days prior to your scheduled arrival date to avoid any cancellation fees. Cancellations made within 7 days and 48 hours prior to arrival, will be subject to a cancellation fee of 10% of the total amount. For a cancellation of less than 48 hours prior to the arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the amount. Later cancellations or in the event of a no-show or early departure, the full reservation amount will be charged. Please note that certain promotional rates or special packages may have different cancellation policies, which will be clearly communicated at the time of booking. We recommend reviewing the specific terms and conditions of your reservation for any additional information. ПРАВИЛА ЗА НАСТАНЯВАНЕ И ПРЕБИВАВАНЕ В ХОТЕЛА

Учтиво ви молим да съхранявате отговорно картите ви достъп. При загубена карта хотела си запазва правото да таксува госта 30лв.

Сancellation policy
RULES OF HOTEL ACCOMODATION
1. The hotel works for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Check-out is until 12:00, Check-In is after 14:00.
2. Upon arrival at the hotel, the guest is required to present a personal document.
3. In case of preliminary termination of the stay, the amount paid is not refundable.
4. The late check-out service /after 12:00h/ can be provided to guests if there are available rooms and for an additional fee.
5. On the territory of the hotel there is a video surveillance system /except for the toilets and hotel rooms/ appartments . By using the services of the hotel, you agree to video surveillance.
6. Guests who do not follow the general order and do not respect the hotel policy may be forced to leave the complex without a refund of the prepaid amounts.
7. The hotel does not allow
- unacceptable noise levels or guest behavior
- arrogant behavior from persons in an obvious state of intoxication or chaotic behavior that destroys or threatens to destroy hotel property;
- violation of public order.
8. In case of items found, the management of the hotel is responsible to contact the guest and send the lost item at the expense of the owner. The management of the hotel is not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen personal items unclaimed within 30 /thirty/ days.
9. Any comment or complaint regarding the stay should be made at the front office or with the complex manager during the stay so that the matter can be resolved immediately.
10. The hotel reserves the right to charge guests for causing damages, knowingly caused, by negligence or negligence. If the damage is established after the guest has left, the hotel reserves the right to send an invoice for the amount due for the repair. The hotel does not accept responsibility for services provided by third parties to guests.
DOG POLICY
1. We offer several rooms which are suitable for guests with dogs
2. We allow dogs older then 1 year and up to 10 kg.
3. Accomodation of guests with pets can be offered trough the booking of an extra service "pet stay" or trough communication and confirmation from the front desk personnal.
4. If we haven't been notified that the guest is travelling with a pet and no "pet friendly" rooms are available we have the right to reject the accomodation
TO ENSURE ORDER AND SECURITY IN THE HOTEL IT IS PROHIBITED:
1. Smoking is prohibited in all rooms of the hotel. In case of a violation, a fee of BGN 50 will be added to the room's account.
2. Use of gas appliances in the rooms.
3. The use of candles and other flammable materials.
4. Handover of the key card from your room to third parties.
5. Storage of materials and objects dangerous to the health and life of others in the rooms.
6. Removal of furniture from the rooms.
7. Violation of generally accepted norms of behavior, aggressive behavior and actions threatening the health and property of others.
8. Damage to hotel property.
Booking and Cancellation Terms:
Reservation Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and must be confirmed by the hotel. A valid credit card or a deposit is required to secure your reservation.
Payment: Payment for the stay will be collected upon check-in unless otherwise specified or prepayment is required for special rates or packages.
Check-in/Check-out: Check-in time is from 14:00 onwards, and check-out time is by 12:00. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
Cancellation Policy: To avoid any cancellation fees, please notify us of any changes or cancellations at least 7 days prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made within the cancellation notice period will be subject to a cancellation fee described in the booking cancellation.
No-Show Policy: In the event of a no-show (failure to check-in on the scheduled arrival date) without prior notification, the full reservation amount will be charged.
Special Rates and Packages: Certain promotional rates or special packages may have different booking and cancellation terms. Please review the specific terms and conditions of your reservation for any additional information.
Modification of Reservation: If you need to modify your reservation, please contact our reservations team as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability and any applicable rate differences.
Force Majeure: The hotel shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance of its obligations due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, government actions, or labor disputes.
Additional Charges: Additional charges may apply for extra services, facilities, or amenities not included in the original reservation. These charges will be communicated to you upon request or during your stay.
Guest Responsibility: Guests are responsible for providing accurate booking information and ensuring compliance with hotel policies during their stay. Any damages caused to hotel property will be the responsibility of the guest and may result in additional charges.
